Renovation Status

The property is currently closed to accommodate renovation efforts.

For the Summer, 2012 season we are working to complete a rebuilding of the marina to provide new docks, utilities, a relocated fuel station and new restroom/shower facilities. The popular “Out of the Blue” restaurant is undergoing a complete interior renovation, and all existing beachfront cottages are receiving all new furniture and accessories. Plans are underway for the addition of a freshwater pool, beach bar and new marina guest cottages, all of which are planned for completion in 2013.
